Dornbirn-GFC and ZELLCHEMING Launch Cross-Industry Cooperation
The new track “Fibre & Textile meets Pulp & Paper” connects the fibre & textile sector with the pulp & paper industry. The cooperation aims to drive joint innovation across raw materials, processes, market applications, and circular economy solutions. Both industries face similar challenges, including fluctuating raw material availability, growing demand for sustainable materials, and increasing energy efficiency and CO₂ reduction requirements. The partnership provides a platform to tackle these issues together and develop sustainable, future-oriented solutions.
This cross-industry cooperation includes
Lecture serie at the ZELLCHEMING-Expo,
June 16–18, 2026, Wiesbaden, Germany
as well as
Lecture serie and workshops at the 65th Dornbirn GFC under the slogan “ZELLCHEMING at the Dornbirn GFC”,
September 16–18, 2026, Dornbirn, Austria
Through this cooperation, ZELLCHEMING and GFC combine their respective strengths to create a cross-industry platform for knowledge transfer, innovation, and networking. Participants benefit from pooled expertise, practical content, and fresh impulses beyond traditional industry boundaries. In doing so, the collaboration makes a sustainable contribution to the further development of the industry and strengthens dialogue between research, industry, and users.
