The share of MMCFs is increasing year-over-year and the textile recycling scheme should address these fibers too. MMCFs have inherent properties that is different to cotton and thus the outcome from the recycling process needs further investigations. In this talk, we will cover a case study to recycle Tencel Lyocell fabrics once more to new Tencel Lyocell material, while focusing on the recycling steps, parameters, product properties and what to expect from MMCFs in the recycling scheme.
