The automotive industry has been successfully using natural fibres in its products for many years and can be a leading example for other technical applications in many sectors. However, the majority of product developers and decision makers are reluctant to do so, mainly due to a lack of awareness of what natural fibres can technically add to their existing products. We'd like to change this mindset by introducing natural fibres as a complement to existing fibres in use by sharing our knowledge of natural fibres, which dates back to 1919 when our group of companies started its operations with jute fibres. Over the years, we have added a large number of other natural fibres to our product range and can therefore offer a wide range of different fibre alternatives or complements to existing fibre solutions.
